It’s Earth Day and what’s the best way to spend it but here at Baguio. Baguio is the summer capital of the Philippines. When it’s very hot / humid in Manila, in Baguio it’s windy and chilly. The temperature is really great and it’s easy to relax here.
Baguio is a nice mountainous place where it’s full of trees. The smell of the pine is just great. Every morning the birds would wake you up with their fabulous singing. Although it’s already a bit polluted here (due to trucks that delivers vegetables and other produces from Baguio to City and vice versa) up here , where we stay (since on top of the mountain) it’s not that polluted. THe freshes air, the coolest winds!
Whenever I’m getting very stressed and fatigues in Manila, I always picture this place as my happy place.
